Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Additional Return Information:
- Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and select health and personal care items.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned in damaged condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Items returned past the 7-day return period.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified time frame.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are covered by us through the prepaid label provided. If a refund is issued, the initial shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded.
Important Notes:
If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
